Class & Enrollment Terms

These terms apply to Traditional Reiki programs, optional subjects, independent subjects, live classes, hybrid classes, and self-paced learning access.

Reiki programs require the applicable application, readiness assessment, and approval. Non-Reiki subjects use direct enrollment unless a clearly stated prerequisite or eligibility rule applies.

1. Eligibility and truthful information

  • Submit accurate identity, background, prerequisite, certificate, and prior-completion information.
  • Enrollment may be cancelled if eligibility was obtained through false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • A public class listing does not override batch capacity, prerequisite, age, account, payment, or approval requirements.

2. Batch, schedule, and learning access

Enrollment is batch-specific, including self-paced enrollment. Each batch may have its own facilitator, schedule, pacing, support window, venue or meeting link, capacity, and access duration. ELYSIANS may make reasonable schedule or facilitator changes and will communicate material changes through the account or class area.

3. Payment and monthly-dues responsibility

  • You are responsible for the payment option, due dates, downpayment, installment cadence, discounts, and total shown in your billing agreement.
  • Missing a session, not opening materials, or choosing not to participate does not automatically cancel contractual dues.
  • Access to the affected enrollment may be paused when required payment is overdue, while other paid and active enrollments remain separate.
  • Payment-plan changes, transfers, extensions, waivers, or special arrangements require written approval and are not automatic.

4. Attendance, participation, and catch-up responsibility

Students are responsible for attending required sessions, checking announcements, completing assigned work, and catching up through authorized recordings or materials when available. Recordings, make-up sessions, and extensions are not guaranteed unless stated in the batch terms.

5. Conduct, confidentiality, and community safety

  • Respect facilitators, classmates, clients, and staff.
  • Do not disclose another participant’s personal story, submission, assessment, image, recording, or private discussion without consent.
  • Do not harass, threaten, manipulate, pressure, or commercially solicit participants through protected learning spaces.
  • ELYSIANS may moderate discussions and remove or restrict access for material breaches.

6. Assessments, submissions, and completion

Completion, certificate, credential, directory eligibility, or advancement may depend on attendance, assessment, practicum, documented practice, submissions, client feedback, payment completion, and other published requirements. Payment alone does not guarantee certification or progression.

7. Learning materials and recordings

Materials are licensed for the enrolled learner’s personal study during the stated access period. Do not share login access, download links, recordings, symbols, manuals, assessments, or facilitator content outside the authorized class.

8. Withdrawal, transfer, and refunds

Withdrawal does not occur merely by stopping attendance. Submit a formal request through the official support channel. The Cancellations & Refunds Policy, the billing agreement, and any batch-specific terms determine the result.

9. Educational and wellness scope

Programs and subjects are educational and complementary. They do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services. Review the Wellness & Educational Disclaimer.
