• Do not transfer memberships, learning access, protected files, certificates, or professional privileges.

You may not use the website to:

• Break the law, impersonate another person, submit false eligibility information, or interfere with security controls.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape protected content, or attempt unauthorized database or account access.
• Harass participants, disclose confidential class or client information, or misuse private discussions and submissions.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, teach, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

Website content, lessons, recordings, assessments, designs, documents, symbols, branding, and downloadable materials remain the property of ELYSIANS or the stated rights holder. Access is a limited, personal, revocable license for the stated purpose and term. Student or client ownership of their original submissions is not transferred, but ELYSIANS may process those submissions to deliver, assess, document, and support the relevant service or program.

Hosting, authentication, payment, video meetings, file storage, and other features may rely on third-party services. Their terms and availability may also apply. ELYSIANS is not responsible for outages or acts outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to restore or provide an alternative where appropriate.

Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, overdue contractual payments, misuse, harassment, false information, unauthorized sharing, or material breach. Where practical, ELYSIANS will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension does not automatically erase amounts already due or records required by law.

ELYSIANS does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, admission, appointment availability, certification, financial results, health outcomes, personal transformation, or a particular interpretation or experience.

To the extent permitted by law, ELYSIANS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the website, decisions made solely from educational or interpretive content, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before formal escalation, users are encouraged to contact ELYSIANS through the official support channels so the issue can be documented and reviewed.
